Is all SIRMASS jewellery authentic?
Yes. All SIRMASS jewellery is crafted to the highest standards of quality, using gold and certified natural stones, in compliance with the specifications applied within Saudi Arabia.
Are the diamonds natural?
SIRMASS offers pieces set with certified natural diamonds according to the type of piece, and many pieces are accompanied by certificates from internationally recognised authorities such as GIA, IGI and HRD where applicable.
Can I request a bespoke design?
SIRMASS offers bespoke services for selected designs, according to the nature of the request and feasibility. Please contact our team to learn about the available options.

Which payment methods are available?
We offer multiple electronic payment methods, in addition to the payment options available within the SIRMASS boutiques.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are displayed in accordance with the regulations applied within Saudi Arabia, and the total amount due is shown clearly during checkout.
Can an order be changed after confirmation?

Warranty & Maintenance
Does the jewellery include a warranty?
Yes. SIRMASS jewellery includes warranty and maintenance service for two years from the date of purchase, within the limits of normal use and following inspection by the laboratory team.
Can a piece be repaired after the warranty ends?
Yes. SIRMASS offers maintenance services after the warranty period; the piece is assessed and the client is informed of the cost and timeframe before any work begins.
Is resizing free of charge?
This depends on the type of piece, the nature of the adjustment and the warranty period. Our team will inspect the piece and clarify the details before proceeding.
Jewellery Care
How do I preserve the brilliance of my jewellery?
Keep each piece in its original box, avoid exposure to perfume and chemicals, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
Can SIRMASS clean my jewellery?
Yes. The SIRMASS team is pleased to offer inspection and care services according to the nature of the piece and the adopted maintenance policy.
Return & Exchange
Can a piece be exchanged?
Exchange is available within three days of the date of purchase, once only, according to the adopted exchange policy.
Can I receive a refund?
Refunds apply in cases of manufacturing defect or non-conformity with specifications, following technical inspection and approval according to the policy.
