A Warranty for Peace of Mind

“Trust continues after the purchase.”

All SIRMASS jewellery includes warranty and maintenance service for two years from the date of purchase, within the limits of normal use and following inspection by our specialist laboratory team.

The warranty exists to preserve each piece's quality and ensure it remains in the condition worthy of the SIRMASS name.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

During the warranty period, the SIRMASS team provides covered maintenance services according to the condition of the piece and following technical inspection.

Covered services — as assessed by the laboratory — include repairs arising from normal use, always preserving the piece's quality and original standards.

Services That May Carry a Fee

Some services depend on the condition of the piece and may therefore carry an additional fee following technical inspection.

Before any work begins, the SIRMASS team explains the piece's condition, the estimated cost and timeframe — and the decision always remains with the client.

When Is Service Not Covered?

The warranty may not cover certain cases — and the SIRMASS team will always offer suitable solutions after inspecting the piece.
